Today was max effort/repetition upper body. Defranco suggest doing a 3-5 rep max on the upper body days. Today i decided to do a 3 rep max. My last one rep max was 125lbs. I warmed up with 45 and 65 and then did 85-95-105-110-115. I have never done a 3 rep max before and it felt really good. I also worked on my grip width and I think it helped out alot. I also did some criss-cross band push ups on a barbell, those are always fun (see picture below) . I finished another gallon of water today, It seems to be getting easier to drink them. Well now Modern Family is on so gotta go!
