Just a girl and her workouts!

Today I got off work early and met Patrick at the gym. The crew was in the back room at the gym when I got there and little did I know they had a workout picked for me already. I did 5 rounds of 3 burpees, push weighted prowler approximatley 75ft, 3 more burpeed, attach rope to prowler, sprint back 75ft, pull prowler with rope, sprint rope back 75ft. Resting approximatley 2 minutes between rounds. It was a short but sweet one! In other news the gallon a day is going well but making me very bloated! My skin is looking great though! Well that’s it for now! Tomorrow is dynamic lower body, see ya then!
