2 posts in one day…..I’m on fire!! Just wanted to update from this morning. Today I weighed in at 109.8 which means I only need to drop 4lbs. I also did a mock repetition set at 55lbs. I did 3 sets of max reps. The first set I did 30 reps, second set 22 and third set 30 reps with approximately 5 minutes rest between sets. I then played around with the bench shirt a little. This did not go over well. Arms were pretty tired from the max repetition. I will definately try it again when I’m not so tired. Its dinner time now!  Mmmm chili and ribs!!
