After work today I hit the gym with Patrick. We did some reverse band squats and I loved them! We used 4 red bands total. We decided at the top the bands only took off a few lbs but we have no idea how much they take off the bottom of the squat. We did these dynamic and did 6 sets of 2. I worked up to a working set of 205lbs. I’ve never had that much weight on my back before.  After the squats I did some 1 legged leg presses on a leg press machine, some good morning from the rack at 95lbs, and some reverse hyper. As I’m sitting here I can feel the lower back stiffness starting. Good thing I have fish oil on board!
