Pretty good day today! Woke up at 0330 and made it to the gym by 0400. Walked on the treadmill for 20 minutes at an incline of 15. The first 5 minutes I walked 3 miles an hour and for the rest of the time I did 4 miles per hour. I weighed in at 110.8 this morning. This afternoon we went back to the gym at about 1630 (4:30pm). For my max effort I did Zercher squats(http://train.elitefts.com/exercise-index/barbell/zercher-squats/) and boy do my forearms hurt now! I started out with 45 and 65 lbs to warm up. Now keep in mind that the most I have ever squatted with out a box was a 125lb back squat. The sets I did were 85lb-95lb-105lb-115lb-125lb-130lb-135lbF. After the Zercher squats I loaded up a leg press machine with 70lbs and did single leg presses 6 reps each leg for 3 sets. Then I did 3 sets of 12 back extension machine (40lb-60lb-80lb) and 6 swiss ball bridge with reverse leg curl. To top it off I did some weighted crunches. I feel great! Monday nights have been pretty good to Patrick and I. Today He front squatted 350lbs and sumo deadlifted 455×3. That is just awesome! Now on to my food for the day:

0430- post workout shake (3/4 scoop)
0900-3 eggs and serving of chopped spinach
1245- 6oz of Tuna with 2oz of mayonnise, 1.5 cups of cauliflower and broccoli drizzled with olive oil and lemon juice, handful of roasted pumpkin seeds
1800-post workout shake (full scoop, creatine, and small scoop of gatorade)
2000-5oz grilled salmon and a cup of spinich, mushroom and artichoke, and one small sweet potato.
*over a gallon of water consumed today
