Another early morning today. Gym at 4am with some incline treadmill walking again. I weighed in at 109lbs this morning, .8lbs down from yesterday. I walked on the treadmill between incline of 8-15 and from speeds of 3-4. Was planning on going back to the gym for an afternoon session but wasnt feeling well so came home and slept instead.
Food for the day
0445-post workout shake
0800-4oz chicken, 1 egg, 1/4c spinach
1100-4oz salmon, 1/2 c spinach, mushroom, artichoke medley
1500-handful of nuts
1800-1 egg with 2T tomato sauce
1830-1 cup of homeade chili (ground turkey, ground lamb, tomato, onion, green pepper, okra, tomato sauce, chili powder, green chili
*1T of olive oil shot with lemon juice
**1 gallon of water consumed today
