Sunday is dynamic upper body but with my meet coming up I decided to take it easy. I messed around with just the bar working on hand placement, set-up, and pause. I also worked with my belt and worked on breaking it in. After play time I hopped on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I walked 2 miles. I weighed in at 107.6 again today.
Food:
1030 post workout shake
1200 salad at hickory tavern (4oz flank steak, 4oz ahi tuna, bacon, avocado, mushrooms, almonds, spinach, oil & vinegar dressing)
1930 1 cup of chili
2000 hot chocolate (coconut milk, cocoa powder, 1 packet splenda, drop of peppermint oil)
*gallon of water consumed today
