Today I took a much needed rest day and im feeling good and ready for some hill sprints in the morning. Oh and I also found out today that because My bench meet is in a theatre they will be having a light show, I thought that was pretty cool.

Food:
0420- 1/4c chili, 2 eggs, 2 slices of bacon
0830-protein shake
1100-ostrich/beef jerky stick
1200-5oz of grass fed beef, 1 cup of raw spinach, oil & vinegar & lemon juice dressing
1800-6oz decaf coffee with 1 packet of splenda
1900- 3 bacon wrapped scallops, 2 bacon wrapped beef tenderloin pieces (bite size), 3oz grilled chicken, 1/2c asparagus
* 1.5 gallon of water consumed today
