Today was a light day in the gym this morning. I warmed up a few minutes on the treadmill and then did 10 minutes on the stairclimber. I took the afternoon off from the gym.
Food:
0445-protein shake
0800-2 eggs and half cup of broccoli
1030-tonka bar (Buffalo and cranberry bar
1230- 4oz beef, 3/4c broccoli and carrots
1830- side salad and calamari
2000- apple cider herbal tea
