Tonight in the gym I did dynamic squats with the chains. I used just the bar and a 20lb chain on each side. I squatted to a low box and did 6 sets of 3 and really worked on form. Then I deadlifted from a 4 inch box, 135×2, 135×2, 185×2, 185×2.  Then I did 3 sets of 10 cable pullthroughs and 3 sets of 10 lying hamstring curls.
Food:
0430- 2eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, cup of coffee with one splenda
0800-protein shake, handful of raw carrots
1130- 5oz tuna, 1 cup of broccoli,  handful of raw carrots
1500- handful of cashews and half a “supreme protein bar”
1800-protein shake
1830-3 pieces of California roll sushi
1900-3 scallops wrapped in bacon, one hashbrown patty, 1/2c okra, 1/2 chicken sausage
1930- cup of hot chocolate
