Last night I got my copy of 5/3/1 by Jim Wendler. I stayed up last night and finished it so obviously I started it today in the gym. My Max’s before starting 5/3/1 are: standing military press-75#, deadlift-225#, bench -125# and squat-125#.  Here is what I did today:
Standing military press- 45×5, 50×5,55×8
Dips- 5×10
Bent over DB rows (20#)-5×20 each arm
Triceps pressdown- 5×10
