Today was bench day. I did:
65lbx5, 75lbx5, and 85lbx12
Then I did 5 sets of 20 DB incline press with 15lb DBs,
5 sets of 15 facepulls with the low cable row machine,
5 sets of 12 tricep pushdown with a red band
