Happy Thanksgiving!
at 0900 walked on treadmill for 30min on a walking course

at 0400 walked on treadmill for 15min on a walking course. Was going to come back and do squats in the afternoon but we werent feeling motivated so we didnt.

10 min walk on treadmill for a warm-up then stretched. Then back squat 65×5, 75×5, 85×8. For my accessory work I did 5 sets of 15 weighted 45 degree extentions with a 5kg plate, 5 sets of 20 leg presses with 175lbs, and 5 sets of 20 landmine rotations.

1830- 60 minutes on treadmill- walking course- 3miles

My diet has not been the greatest due to the holidays. Thanksgiving morning i was 107lbs which is about 4lbs lighter than the last 2 months, so I am doing a pretty good job at keeping my weight down. It should make it alot easier to cut to 105.
