Today began my 2nd week of 5/3/1. Today was military press 45×3, 50×3 and 55×3+. For my last set I did 10 reps which was 2 more reps than last week at the same weight.
For my accessory work I did:
5 sets of 10 dips. The first 2 sets were unweighted and the last 3 sets were weighted with a small chain (5.6lbs).
I also did some KROC rows- 5 sets of 20 each arm with 20lb DB.
to finish up my accessory work I did 5 sets of 10 cable tricep press downs.
I did a total of 32 minutes on the treadmill with 10 of it being a warm up and 22 being a cool down.
