20 minutes on treadmill, then stretched and rolled out on large PVC pipe

Deadlifts (sumo)- 95lbx5, 115lbx3 warm up then 135lbx3 (was supposed to do 125lb but added up the weight wrong, imagine that right?!), 140lbx3, 160×3+. I did 13 reps at 160lbs. If you use the calculation for a one rep max it would equal 229lbs.
The equation is (weight x reps x 0.0333) + weight = one rep max
Accessory work:
Swiss ball reverse leg curls- 5 sets of 10
Reverse barbell lunges with 45lb barbell- 5 sets of 10 each leg
Swiss ball crunches- 5 sets of 20

The sumo deadlifts felt great today. I would even say probably the best they have EVER felt!
