11/30- just walked on the treadmill a bit. Stretched and rolled out.  Had a BAD headache and wasn’t feeling well

12/1-
4am- 10 min treadmill, 10 minute stair climber.
5pm-
Bench- 45lbx5 and 65lbx3 warm up then 70lbx3, 80lbx3, 90lbx3+. I did 11 reps at 90lbs
DB military press- 5 sets of 20 with 15lb DBs
Safety bar shrugs at 165lbs- 5 sets of 12
Tricep press down with red band-  3 sets of 20
