Friday night workout:
Squat- 45lb x5, 65lb x3 warm up
   75lb x5, 85lb x3 and 95lb x1+ (I did 3)
Back extension machine – 5 sets of 10 at 64lbs-70lbs-70lbs-50lbs-50lbs
Reverse hyper- 5 sets of 10 with 45lbs on each side.
“The runner”- 5 sets of 10 each leg with 100lbs each side

Saturday workout:
Weighed in at 105.6
Walked on treadmill 30min at 4mph
3 sets of 20 hanging leg raises (10 regular, 10 to the side)
