4am- 20min treadmill walk
this week is deload weeks sooo……
warm up with 45lbs x5, 65lbs x5 then did 75lbs x5, 90lbs x5 and 105lbs x5
hamstring curls 5 sets of 10
leg press 5 sets of 10
Tabata hill sprints on treadmill-incline 9, speed 6mph

4am- 10min treadmill walk then tabata hill sprints on treadmill- incline 9, speed 6mph
