Bench- 45lbs x5, 50lbs x5 and 60lbs x5
DB military press with 10lb DBs 3 sets of 20
DB lateral raises with 5lb DBs 3 sets of 15
Triceps press down 5 sets of 10
Tabata hill sprints on 10 incline and 6mph

REST DAY!!!
