4:30am- 10min treadmill walk then 6 rounds of 5 strict pull-ups and 10 decline push-ups

12/18/10- weighed in at 104.2
10:00am- Deload week Squats
45lbs x5, 50lbs x5, 60lbs x5
Walking lunges-5 sets of 20 (10 each leg)
Glute-ham raises- 3 sets of 10

10:00am- 2nd cycle, week 1 military press (70lb working max)
45lbs x5, 50lbs x5, 55lbs x5+ (I got 10 reps, 2 more than a month ago)
Weighted dips (small chain) 5 sets of 10
Kroc rows 25lb DBs- 5 sets of 20 each arm
