Ok so I admit it, im not the best “blogger”. I have been pretty busy lately, with a new job and christmas just around the corner. The past few day I have just gone and walked on the treadmill for a bit. We were going to go this morning but decided sleep was a little more important than a walk on the treadmill. Yesterday afternoon we had a quick visit in the gym:
Deadlift (sumo)- 2nd cycle, week 1
120lbs x5, 140lbs x5 and 160lbs x5+ (I got 14 reps compared to 13 reps at 160lbs last cycle)
we were in a hurry so no accessory work for me!

Next up:
Bench! 2nd cycle week 1
(have I mentioned I LOVE bench days!)
