Merry Christmas everyone!
I will start off this blog about Thursday…
I took Wednesday off as a rest day so Thursday became bench day! yay!
Bench-warm up with 45lbs x5 and 65lbs x5. Then working sets of 70lbs x5, 80lbs x5 and 90lbs x5+ (I got 13 reps= to 129lb max)
military dumbell press- 20lbs 5 sets of 15
straight arm pull downs- 5 sets of 20

Friday- Well let me just tell you about friday….. I was so excited because I was going to do some tabata hill sprints and ab work…..and then I realized it was squat day!!! Ugh! I HATE squat days!
Squat- warm up with 45lbs x5 and 65lbs x3. Working sets of 70lbs x5, 80lbs x5 and 90lbs x5
Tabata hill sprints- 8 rounds, 10 incline, 6.5mph
Hanging leg raises- 5 sets of 10
Swiss ball crunches- 2 sets of 30
body weight- 102lbs

Saturday- Merry Christmas
Treadmill rolling hills walk- 10 minutes
Tabata hill sprints- 8 rounds, 10 incline, 6 mph
