Just a girl and her workouts!

Today was the first Saturday at crossfit strength and we had a great turnout! We had a total of 26 people run through the workout. Most were beginners and they killed it! We all had a great time!
The workout was:

4 rounds- 10 sledge hits right side, 10 sledge hits left side, 100ft farmers carry, 5 burpee tuck jumps, 100ft farmers carry, 10 box jumps.

I used an 8lb sledgehammer, 45lb kettlebells for the farmers carry and jumped to a 21inch tire. My time was 9:44. What a great workout! See the video below for a look at crossfit strength and the workout today!
