We have a big snow storm going through NC right now that started about 3:30am this morning. When we got up for our usual am cardio it had just started snowing. By the time we got dressed and left the house there was already an inch on the ground. The ride to the gym wasn’t too bad….just a little ice on the road. Once at the gym I did 30 minutes on the treadmill walking course. I forgot my tennis shoes so I walked on the treadmill barefoot. I went into work today from 7-11 and then went back to the gym afterwards for some military press.
Military Press- 3 sets of 5 at 45lbs
Behind the neck press- 5 sets of 10 at 25lbs
Lat-pull downs- 5 sets of 10 at 37.5lbs
