This morning we had our alarm set for the gym but decided some extra sleep was a little more important. We DID hit up the gym this afternoon…..runrocket suicides.

5 rounds increasing resistance each round. 20ft, 40ft, 60ft, 80ft suicides. I have the runrocket flu now, not to be confused with the prowler flu. Great workout for power, speed and endurance!

Food for the day:
Breakfast-2 eggs, 2 slices of bacon, cup of coffee
Lunch-burger and asparagus
Post workout protein shake
Dinner-burger, 2 slices of bacon, oven roasted okra!
