For today…bad, and tomorrow good!
Deload bench today- morning cardio session-30 min on treadmill walking course. This afternoon bench.
Bench- 45lbs x5, 55lbs x5, 65lbs x5.
Accessory work-
Bench 5×10 @45lbs
Dumbell rows 5×10 @15lbs

Good day all in all. It was very easy and light for me today, tomorrow is another story….
