Sunday was just an active recovery day for me after the 47min workout on Saturday. I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes while Patrick worked out.

Monday-
Military press day- Week 1
45lbs x5, 55lbs x5 and 60lbs x5+ (I did 8- which was 1 more rep than last month)
Boring but big accessory work:
military press- 5 sets of 10 with 45lbs
Pull ups with neutral grip (50 total)- 7-7-7-7-7-5-5-5
I was still pretty sore from Saturdays workout so I was very pleased with my lifts today.

Tomorrow I deadlift….here is a picture of me from last year struggling with 155lbs- I plan to hit 160lbs for at least 15 reps
