Wednesday-rest day

Thursday-
4am- 10 min treadmill walk, then 5 sets of 10 inclined leg raises, and 3 sets of 10 weight resisted crunches (I will have to upload a picture of this contraption! Lets just say it has hydraulics!)
4pm- BENCH!!! warmed up with 45lbs x5 and 65lbs x5 then came the working sets!
70lbs x5, 85lbs x5, 95lbs x5+ (I did 11 reps at 95lbs which is 8lbs off of my bodyweight) I did get 11 reps last time I did 95lbs but I am still so happy with that! Video is below…
Accessory work-
Bench- 5 sets of 10 at 55lbs
Bent over DB rows- 5 sets of 10 at 30lbs each
Lateral DB raises- 5 sets of 10 alternating between 8lbs and 10lbs each hand
I also did some Run-rocket- “sled walks”
