Slept in this morning

4pm-
Squats- 45lb x5, 65lb x5 warm up
Working sets- 70lb x5, 80lb x5, 90lb x5 form was great and they felt good!
Accessory work:
Squat- 5 sets of 10 @45lbs
Glute ham raises- 5 sets of 10
Worked with belt squat machine!
