Just a girl and her workouts!


This is a picture of me warming up on the rower. The rower is a fine piece of cardio equipment that i use along with the treadmill and the stair climber! These pieces of cardio equipment are your friends!

Anyways, on to saturdays workout:

Team workout at crossfit strength: I was on team Mother/Daughter
With the clock starting at 30 minutes:
1200m relay run with 20lb kettlebell- then the time remaining do as many rounds as possible of the following:
5 Deadlifts- I did 95lbs
8 Push-ups
10 Jumping squats

I did 18 rounds, My mom did 13
31 rounds total.

Great workout other than my hamstrings cramping up from squatting and glute-ham raises yesterday.
