First off- here is a picture of the hydraulic ab machine I was talking about a few days ago- LOVE IT!

Here goes the workout today:
Started off with some stretching and treadmill walking. Walked on the treadmill for 20 minutes with various incline from 0-10.
then,
Tabata on the land-mine- tabata is 20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest
right shoulder press, land-mine swing, left shoulder press, land-mine swing- I did this 3 times for a total of 12 rounds of tabata

The first 2 exercises in the video below show the exercises I used today.
