4am:
6 min treadmill walk 3mph and incline of 10
Tabata hill sprints at 6mph
4 min cool down 2.5mph at incline of 6

Then-
Dumbell military press 3×10 @ 20lbs
Bent over lateral raise 3×10 @ 8lbs
Lateral raise with pause at top 3×10 @ 5lbs
Rear delt fly 3×10 @ 20lbs
Superset of face pull & tricep press down with red band 5×20

5 min cool down on treadmill- 2.5 mph

4pm-
Deadlifts- 140lbs x3, 160lbs x3, and 180lbs x3+ ( I did 7 reps to tie the last time I went for 180)
Accessory work:
Deadlift- 5 sets of 10 @ 100lbs (5 more lbs than last week)
Plank holds- 5 sets of 30 second holds with 25lb plate on back
