4am-
5min treadmill walk warm-up
Tabata hill sprints
5 sets of kettle(Bell) swings with 24kg kettlebell 12-10-10-15-15 with 15 second rest between sets
5 sets of 10 (each arm) kettlebell snatches with 15lb dumbell- 15 second rest between sets
10 min treadmill walk cooldown

When we got home I decided to take a few progress pictures. I am 12 weeks out from my figure competition (Bikini division). I eat clean normally and indulge occasionally. I will start my pre-contest diet 10 weeks out. I think a little tan will help too….

5pm-
(Bench)- 45lbs x5 & 65lb x3 warm-up
Working sets- 80lbs x3, 90lbs x3 and 100lbs x3+ (I did 6, got 7 last cycle)
Accessory work-
Bench 5 sets of 10 at 65lbs (up 10lbs from last week)
Kroc rows 5 sets of 20 with 25lb dumbells
