4am- 20 minute treadmill walk

5pm-
Squat- 45lb & 65lb warm up then
75lb x3, 85lb x3, 95lb x3+ (I did 8!)
I am very happy with my squats today, they felt very strong

Accessory work:
Squat 5 sets of 10 with 65lbs (up 10lbs from last week)

Then:
Crossfit Strength workout
21-15-9
Sledgehammer strikes R/L 8lbs
Dumbell snatch R/L 20lbs
Time 7:27

Come by crossfit strength tomorrow for a free workout! 9, 10, 11, and 12! There will be a fun strongman workout!
