Today was just a fun conditioning day in the gym.
11am
I did 3 rounds of farmer carries with 80lb pontoons 200ft each round. A yoke walk with 45lbs each side. Not sure how much yoke weighs but let me tell ya, its heavy! I also pulled a ford F250, 50 yards for 2 and pushed it 50 yards once.

5pm:
5 sets of 20 sissy squats (holding a 5kg plate) see video below
5 sets of 15 weighted dumbell crunches (15lb dumbell), see video below

20 minute treadmill walk (ramp course)
