I’m trying to work on doing more “cosmetic” work to build up my shoulders and legs. This morning I did some chest, back and ab work.
Warm-up: Push-ups- 2×15
Vertical bench press- 3×12 (17kgs)
Incline dumbbell press- 3×12 (15lbs)
Chest Fly- 3×12 (25lbs)
Dips- 3×8
Overhead triceps ext w/ rope- 3×12 (20lbs)
Decline crunch- 3×12
Ab roller- 3×8

Deadlift- warm-up 45lb x5, 135lb x3 then working sets of:
150lb x5, 170lb x3, 190lb x1+ (I did 6)
The heaviest I have ever deadlifted sumo style was 200lb for one so I was pretty happy with 6 reps!
Deadlift- 5 sets of 10 at 135lbs- Last week I did 100lbs
Rolled back out on large PVC pipe and med ball
