20min treadmill walk

5pm-
Squat-
warm-up with 45lb x5 and 65lb x5
working sets of 80lb x5, 90lb x3, 100lb x1+ (I did 7)
squats are really starting to click for me and I felt I could’ve gotten more than 7 but my hip was cramping up today for some reason……..next week is deload week so I will be able to rest my hip!
Accessory Work–
Squat 3 sets of 10 at 65lb
Jumping Squats 2 sets of 15
Dumbbell Squat 3 sets of 12 (35lb)
Narrow Stance Leg Press 3 sets of 12 (100lb)
Dumbbell Lunges 3 sets of 12 each leg (10lb each arm)
Stiff Legged Dumbbell Deadlift 3 sets of 12 (20lb each arm)
Glute-ham Bridge 3 sets of 12
Calf Raises 3 sets of 10
