Yesterday I did my birthday workout at Crossfit Strength. I did the “Flilthy 27”, Just like the filthy 50 only with 27 reps.

Filthy 27:
27 box jumps
27 jumping pull ups
27 Kettlebell swings
27 Walking Lunges
27 Knees to Elbow
27 Push Press
27 Back Extensions
27 Wall Ball Shots
27 Burpees
27 Double Unders

I finished in 16min and change- I don’t remember how many seconds- doesn’t really matter though

Today is a rest day and I am the birthday princess (it says so on my hat if you don’t believe me =) ! Woo Hoo!
