Not feeling too well this evening, sore throat, slight fever, some congestion. Anyways here is my day…

Training
4am- 20 minute treadmill walk

4pm-
Deadlift- 45lb x5 and 65lb x5 warm up
80lb x5, 100lb x5, 120lb x5 (deload week)
Jump Squat 2×15
Dumbbell Squat 3×12 (35lb)
Narrow Stance Leg Press 3×12 (105lb)
Dumbbell Lunges 3×12 (10lb each)
Stiff Legged Dumbbell Deadlift 3×12 (10lb each)
Laying leg curls 3×12 (25lb)
Calf raises 3×20

Food-
5:45am- Egg Scramble (2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, 1 slice TJs beef bacon, asparagus, dijon mustard) 1 cup coffee
9:30am- Casein shake (4oz almond milk, 8oz water, 1 scoop ON casein, 2 T almond butter, 1 T blueberry jelly)
10:20am- Finished 1st liter of water
2:30pm- Bowl of chili and half cornbread muffin, 6oz diet cheerwine
5:15pm- Post workout shake and finished 2nd liter of water
7:15pm- 1 cup of ground bison/sausage/beef, asparagus

Trader Joe’s Uncured beef bacon is my new favorite addition to breakfast. A serving is 1 slice (which is very large) and is 6g protein and only 2.5g fat. It taste very good and i highly recommend it!
