Rest Day!!!

Food:
5:30am- 2 whole eggs, 1/4c beef, bison, lamb.
6:00am- scoop probolic SR with 8 oz water
9:30am- casein shake (scoop casein, 4oz almond milk, 8oz water, 2 T almond butter)
10:30am-finished first liter
2:00pm-4oz tuna salad
4:00pm-tonka bar, finished second liter
6:00pm- 6oz burger with pimento cheese and okra finished third liter.
