Ive been under the weather the last few day….I think its starting to get better now. Just congestion now but no fever! Yay!

4am: I started the morning with some steady state cardio on the treadmill. 20 minute treadmill walk at 3.2mph on incline from 3-8. Then went home and took a nice 3 hour nap, I needed it!

3pm: Bench (deload week) 45lbs x5, 65lbs x5 and 65lbs x5,
then “Press” workout:
Push Up- 2×15
Vertical Bench- 3×12 at 50lbs
Incline Dumbbell Press- 3×12 at 20lbs
Pec Flyes- 3×12 at 25lbs
Dips- 3×12
Overhead Triceps Extension With Rope- 3×12 (2 plates)
Decline Crunch 3×12
Ab Roller- 3×12

5:30am- 2 whole eggs, 1 egg white, 1 slice beef bacon, bowl of oatmeal, mug of theraflu
9:30am- Casein shake (8oz almond milk, 1 scoop of casein, 2 T peanut butter, ice)
12:30pm- Bowl of ground beef/bison/lamb with marinara sauce, finished 1st liter of water
2:30pm- Biotest finibar
4:30pm- Post workout protein shake (beef protein)
6:00pm- California roll sushi
7:00pm- Beef/Bison burger, pimento cheese, lots and lots of okra =)
8:30pm- mug of theraflu
