Still feeling under the weather…………no morning cardio

5pm:
Squat (deload week)
45lb x5, 55lb x5, 65lb x5
Thats all folks………….just squats!

Food:
5:45am- 2 whole eggs, 1 egg white, 1 slice of beef bacon
7:30am- Theraflu
9:00am- Casein Shake (8oz almond milk, 1 scoop casein, 2T almond butter, 4oz water)
10:00am- Finished 1 liter of water
12:40pm- Tuna Salad pack, Theraflu
3:00pm- Tanka Bar
5:30pm- Post workout protein shake (beef protein), finished 2nd liter
7:30pm- Dinner at kickstand! Beef patty with mozzorella, pesto, marinara sauce; pickle; sweet potato tater tots; lentil and sausage soup.
