Rest day at the gym today, I’m excited to start my next cycle of 5/3/1!
Food:
8:00am- cup of coffee
9:00am- 2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, mayonnaise, 2 slices beef bacon, cup of coffee, 1 slice of cinnamon raisin Ezekiel bread with kerrygold butter
2:00pm- Chinese shrimp from crisp (spinach, shrimp, pear, almonds, Asian noodles, Ginger soy dressing
3:00pm- cup of coffee
6:00pm- BBQ pulled pork, coleslaw, okra
7:00pm- peanut butter jelly muffin
