This week is going to be very warm, makes me wish summer was here already!

Training:
4am-
External rotation 2×15 (5lb)
Machine military press 3×12 (25lb each arm)
Push press 3×12 (small thick bar)
Back flyes with band 3×12 (red band)
Side bridge 3x30sec each side
Knee raise 3×12
Treadmill walk- 10 minutes

4pm:
Military press- warm up with 45lbs
50lb x5, 60lb x5, 65lb x5+ (I got 6)
Military press/push press 5×10 @60lb
5/5, 5/5, 6/4, 6/3/1, 4/4/2
The first number in each set was the military press, the other numbers are the push press. The last 2 sets I had to break up
Pull ups- 5×10 alternate grip

Food:

5:30am- 2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, 1 slice of beef bacon
7:40am- cup of coffee
8:30am- casein shake (8oz almond milk, scoop casein, 2T almond butter, 4oz water)
11:00am- finished 1 liter of water
11:45am- 4oz pork, okra
4:00pm- peanut butter jelly protein muffin
4:30pm- half a finibar
6:00pm-post workout protein shake (beef proetin)
7:30pm- 5oz chicken with mayonnaise, asparagus
8:30pm- 2 peanut butter jelly protein muffins
