Tuesday 2/15:

training:
4am- 20 minute treadmill walk
4:30pm-
Deadlift- 135lb x5, 155lb x5, 175lb x5+ I got 12 reps (on 12/28 I got 170lbs for 10)
Deadlift 5×10 @ 135lb
Dumbbell pullover/leg raise with 20lb and Sissy Squat with 5kg superset- 3 sets of 10

food:
5:30am-2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, 1 slice beef bacon, asparagus, mayo
7:40am-finished 1 liter of water
10:35am- half of Casein shake (Casein, 8oz almond milk, 1T ricotta cheese, 1T almond butter, 1/4c apple sauce)
12:30pm- pork and asparagus
3:00pm- finished 2nd liter
4:30pm- finished casein shake
6:15pm- post workout shake (whey)
7:30pm- 6 piece chicken nugget, small fry, half on carrot raisin salad, small coke zero- from chick-fil-a

Wednesday 2/16

training:
4am- 30 minute treadmill walk

food:
5:00am- Casein shake (casein, 8oz almond milk, 2T almond butter)
11:00am- 2 slices beef bacon, 2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, mayo, coffee, half of carrot raisin salad
4:00pm- 4oz chicken with marinara sauce and shredded cheese, 2 protein muffins, 8oz almond milk
7:00pm- 6oz bbq pork, okra
