Bench: 45lb x5, 65lb x3 warm up
75lb x5, 85lb x5, 100lb x5+ (i did 8, last time i did 7)

Pull workout
Glute ham bridge 2×15
Wide grip lat pulldowns 50lb 3×12
Chest supported rows 25lb each arm 3×12
Bent over dumbell rows 20lb 3×12
45 degree hyperextensions 3×12
Alternating bicep curls 15lb 3×12

Food:
6:00am- 1 slice beef bacon, 2 whole eggs, 1 egg white, mayo, 1 slice of ezekial bread with almond butter, 1 cup of coffee
11:00am- Casein Shake (1 scoop casein, 8oz almond milk, 2T almond butter, 1T blueberry jelly)
12:00pm- 4oz pork, okra
4:00pm-half of a finibar
5:30pm- post workout shake (whey)
7:00pm- sausage/beef burger (6oz), asparagus
7:30pm- Protein brownie (scoop protein, egg)
