Training:

Christine (extended version)

5 rounds-

400m run

12 bodyweight deadlifts (105lbs)

21 box jumps 24 inches

13:47 (3rounds), 23:44 (5rounds)

Food:

11:30am- post workout shake (8oz almond milk, probolic SR, 1/8c ricotta cheese, 1/8c applesauce, superfood)

12:30pm- fajitas from Cabo Fish Taco- no cheese, no tortillas. Only shrimp, peppers, onions, tomatoes, guacamole and a little rice (don’t worry, I didn’t eat all the rice)

4:00pm- protein shake (whey)

7:00pm- 5oz turkey burger, 2oz beef, asparagus

9:00pm- protein shake (casein)
