Today I bought my bikini and shoes for my figure show. I got the red one in the picture above. I also signed up for a posing/catwalk clinic for next sunday morning. We will see how that goes =)

Training: Rest day

Food:
9:00am- 3.2oz Beef/Sausage, 2 whole eggs, 1 egg white, mayo, ketchup, cup of cofee
1:30pm-Casein shake (5oz almond milk, 3oz chocolate almond milk, casein, superfood)
2:00pm- protein muffin
4:00pm- coke zero
7:00pm-1/2 beef patty, 4oz meatloaf (beef/bison), okra
7:30pm-protein muffin
