These are my shoes, just waiting to get them and my bikini in the mail……come on postmaster!!!

Training:
4am- 20 minute treadmill walk
5pm- Military Press:
55lb x3, 60lb x3, 70lb x3+ (I did 4, last time I got 70lb for 2, 2 rep PR!)
Press Workout:
-Push-up 2×15
-Vertical Bench 3×12 @62.5lb (up 12.5lbs from last week)
-Incline Dumbbell Press 3×12 @25lbs (up 5lbs from last week)
-Pec Flyes 3×12 @ 25lbs
-Dips 3×12 with 5.6lb chain
-Overhead triceps extension with rope 3×12
-Decline crunch 3×12

Food:
5:30am- 2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, mayo, coffee
8:00am- Brain Toniq
10:00am- casein shake (8oz almond milk, casein, 1T almond butter)
11:00am- 6oz beef patty, okra
4:00pm- protein muffin, 1/4 finibar
6:00pm- post workout shake (whey)
7:00pm- 6oz bison meatloaf, asparagus, okra, half of small sweet potato
