Training:
3pm
Deadlift 145lb x3, 165lb x3, 185lb x3+ (I did 10 reps, a huge PR for me)
Deadlift 3×10 @ 135lbs
20 rep squat x2 @ 45lbs
Sissy squat with 15lb dumbbells each arm and dumbbell pullover/leg raise with 20lbs superset x3 (sissy squat pictured above)

Food:
6:00am- 3oz sausage, 2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, ketchup
8:30am- 1 liter down, cup of coffee
10:30am- casein shake (8oz almond milk, scoop casein, scoop of superfood, spoonful of cocoa nibs)
12:00pm- venison patty, okra, asparagus
4:00pm- peri workout shake (whey)
5:00pm- slice of Ezekiel bread with almond butter
6:30pm- summer spring roll (lettuce, cucumber, shrimp, mango wrapped in tapioca paper), baked scallop sushi roll (California rolled topped with spicy scallops)
